About Division


Undertaking all activities pertaining to event content development, this department functions through the collaboration of all the offices that operate under it to accomplish a series of tasks that involve overseeing event management from start to finish, aiming to enhance entertainment offerings in line with GEA’s objective and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

What We Do:

Supporting the Regulatory Affairs department and the Inspection Office, and providing them with timely reports

Issuing operation plans for events and closely monitoring the event’s preparation and pre-launch phase

Issuing and implementing the event’s operation plans to achieve the designated targets

Planning entertainment events in accordance with the objectives of the national events calendar, and allocating events to the various regions of the Kingdom based on their description and classification

Enhancing the content of the Seasons within GEA’s scope of work and launching support programs for companies to ensure the continued development of quality offerings

Selecting and archiving suggestions and feedback received from the private sector to devise improved plans of future events
