The celebrations of the Saudi National Day are renewed every year with a unique blend of the values of belonging, unity and ancient history, with dreams and aspirations that touch reality to create a prosperous future full of pride and honor for all generations. On the territory of the Kingdom, the National Day celebrations acquire a special luster with an insightful vision that draws the features of a bright tomorrow with a solid determination and an unstoppable will to chart an exceptional future; A future that derives its strength from a heritage in which the spirit of national identity is rooted and a history full of glory and victories.
On this firm basis, the identity of the 92nd Saudi National Day this year, which is designed by the General Entertainment Authority, comes in the form of two combined slogans, one verbal and the other artistic, inspired by the ambitions and aspirations of the Saudis and their pride in belonging to this ancient nation. The identity takes its verbal slogan from the phrase: “It is our home” because of its sincere and deep connotations, as well as touching the conscience of the Saudis who used to describe their homeland as the home in many popular songs and poems that represent part of their heritage and present.
The identity came to emulate the major development projects embraced by the Kingdom within Vision 2030, which enjoys generous support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince – may God protect them -.
The slogan of the National Day embraces all the administrative regions of the Kingdom, representing national unity, authentic values, and prosperity in various fields to form an identity that proceeds steadily towards realizing the dreams of a promising future with determination, prosperity and ambition through major national projects.
With this firm and forward-looking identity, the Kingdom affirms its firm will to achieve this ambitious vision, realize the dreams of its people, and enhance the quality of life. The identity embraces the Kingdom’s major projects, including “The Line, the Rail Projects, the Diriyah Gate project, the Amala project, the Saudi Satellite Shaheen Sat, the TROJENA project, the Qiddiya project, and the National Renewable Energy Program”.
The identity was inspired by its artistic slogan from the Kingdom’s geographical map and the phrase “It is our home” written in the Arabic Thuluth script, the font used in the Saudi flag, in a very sign of the Kingdom’s embrace of everyone on its lands harnessing all the possibilities for its sons and daughters for a prosperous future, befitting their ancient history. The colors used in the artistic logo also reflect a number of cultural meanings and values associated with the Kingdom and its people, such as growth, safety, ambition, determination, wisdom, and loyalty.
This slogan embodies the pride and national cohesion that confirms the cohesion of the Saudis to achieve ambitions through promising projects; to become a reality cherished by all citizens, a witness to the authenticity of the present, and the good and bright future of the Kingdom and its people.
