As part of its community initiatives, Riyadh Season 2022, in cooperation with National Environmental Recycling Company (Tadweer), opens its humanitarian doors for children to donate old or new toys and bring joy into the hearts of other children. The initiative aims to instill the spirit of giving, solidarity and cooperation between today’s generations and tomorrow’s builders.
The initiative, which comes within the framework of Riyadh Toy Festival, allows children to make their favorite toys with their own hands, in specific steps with the help of guides, in an atmosphere full of fun and creativity. The initiative helps children to enjoy a new experience in the world of the toy industry.
The steps for making a new toy start with the child donating his/her old or new toy and putting it in a box designated for that. Then, the child chooses from one of the tables the toy he/she likes and wants to make himself/herself. After that, the child goes to the machine that makes the toys to start the process of making the toy that he/she chose with the help of the organizers.
Riyadh Toy Festival, in its third edition, which started on December 26 and continues until January 1, near Boulevard Riyadh City, includes many areas suitable for all ages and allows children to experience different activities. It brings together international brands specialized in the field of toys and provides entertainment corners for all family members.
