The Department handles all legal matters and aims to develop the legislative aspect of the Saudi entertainment industry in alignment with other departments.
Legal & Board Affairs Tasks
What We Do:
Drafting, editing, and reviewing contracts, memorandums of understanding, and confidentiality agreements
Offering legal advice that ensures the lawful integrity of conduct and decision making at GEA
Representing GEA in government committees
Fulfilling the duties of the Board of Directors Secretariat, drafting bill proposals and pertinent regulations, and following up on GEA’s legal cases
Drafting and reviewing contracts and offering legal consultations to all departments and the Board of Directors
Drafting policies and executive guidelines, following up on GEA’s legal cases, and offering legal advice to all departments.
