Attracting and recruiting highly competent professionals to be part of an innovative, collaborative team

Advancing GEA’s position and achieving its medium-term goals with the anticipated large-scale transformation in line with Saudi Vision 2030

Developing an outstanding performance-driven workforce that can contribute to the growth of the Kingdom’s entertainment sector and enhancing GEA’s work environment to attract more talents

Offer benefits to new and current employees

Directing organizational structures, specifying job descriptions, and handling procedures involving employee leaves, benefits, and services, in addition to monitoring employee performance

Ensuring that relevant rules, regulations, and policies are implemented

Managing and overseeing the training and development policies and strategies

Determining the budget for training and keeping a record of all training programs

Coordinating with approved external training academies and enhancing the skills of GEA’s as well as the sector’s workforce
