The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has launched the Entertainment Leadership Program, which seeks to enhance the abilities and expertise of leaders in the entertainment industry. This program collaborates with top international universities and institutes to provide training, support, and guidance in leadership development. Its ultimate goal is to elevate the sector and improve the quality of services offered across the Kingdom.
30 entertainment leaders, both male and female, take part in the program that lasts for a maximum of 6 months. It offers leadership training, field trips, access to a comprehensive electronic library in the field, as well as workshops and one-on-one consultancy sessions for the participants.
The program involves international visits that aim to bring global entertainment experiences to the Kingdom. It also includes meetings with industry experts and consultants who help enhance the skills of leaders and provide them with the best practices in the entertainment sector.
The Entertainment Leadership Program concludes with a graduation ceremony for the participants and organizers. This program aims to enhance the industry’s efficiency and qualify young national leaders in the entertainment field.
