HE Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced the release of tickets for the finals of the WBC Boxing Grand Prix, set to take place this Saturday in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, as part of the joint collaboration between Riyadh Season and the World Boxing Council (WBC). The global boxing night will conclude with the crowning of the champions of the tournament’s inaugural edition.
The final bouts will begin at 6:00 PM (Saudi time), featuring four decisive matchups to determine the champions across the four weight divisions.
The program opens with the Heavyweight final, as Argentine boxer Kevin Christopher Ramirez faces Bosnian boxer Ahmed Krnjic in an eight-round bout to decide the division title.
This will be followed by the Featherweight final, where Italian boxer Mohamed Qamili takes on Mexican boxer Brandon Mejia in a highly anticipated clash between two contrasting boxing styles.
Next comes the Super Lightweight final, pitting Uzbek boxer Mujibillo Tursunov against Colombian boxer Carlos Utria in an eight-round contest.
The evening concludes with the Middleweight final, featuring Canadian boxer Derek Pomerleau against Australian boxer Dylan Biggs, in the final bout of the tournament to crown the division champion.
All final bouts will be contested over eight rounds, under a professional regulatory framework approved by the World Boxing Council, aimed at enhancing the quality of competition and providing a global platform for emerging boxers to showcase their technical abilities.
