The Riyadh Season Premier Padel P1 officially got underway today (Monday) at Boulevard City, as part of Riyadh Season events, on the Padel Rush courts. The tournament will run through Saturday, 14 February 2026, featuring male and female players representing a wide range of nationalities.
The opening day featured first-round matchups with the start of the main draw, as 15 matches were played in the men’s Round of 64, alongside five matches in the women’s Round of 32. The competitive start reflected closely matched levels among participants and highlighted the diversity of playing styles in the sport.
The tournament includes players representing 11 nationalities in the men’s competition and eight nationalities in the women’s competition, led by Spain as the most represented nation, alongside Argentina, France, and a number of Saudi players. This participation underscores the international nature of the event and the diversity of its competitors.
Matches will continue over the coming days according to a progressive schedule leading to the final rounds. All matches are being held at the Padel Rush courts within a professionally prepared environment designed to host elite-level padel competitions, culminating with the conclusion of the tournament on 14 February as part of the sporting events at Boulevard City.
