The “Kings Cup MENA”, held as part of Riyadh Season 2025, continued to deliver excitement and intensity in its third round, which took place last night (Friday) in front of a large crowd and an enthusiastic audience of fans following the tournament across the region.
Tonight’s results meant that Saudi teams DR7 and SXB qualified for the semifinals next Tuesday, November 11th. Meanwhile, 3BS (Jordan), FWZ (Kuwait), Turbo (Egypt) and Ultra Chmicha (Morocco) qualified for the quarterfinals, which take place the same day.
The round opened with a strong performance from FWZ, led by Kuwaiti creator Fwaz, who defeated 3BS, whose president is Jordanian streamer Absi, with a decisive 6–3 victory after a closely contested start that saw FWZ pull ahead to secure valuable points in the standings.
In the second encounter, DR7, led by Saudi streamer Drb7h, extended their dominant run with an impressive 9–1 win over ABO FC, led by Kuwaiti creator Aboflah, in one of the most one-sided games of the tournament so far.
The third match saw SXB, led by Saudi influencer SHoNgxBoNg, face Ultra Chmicha, led by Moroccan creator Ilyas Elmaliki. SXB maintained full control throughout the match to claim a convincing 7–2 victory, showcasing sharp organization and attacking precision.
The round concluded with an exciting duel between Turbo FC (TRB), led by Egyptian gamer Tarboun, and Red Zone (RDZ), steered by Jordanian streamer Maherco, where RDZ emerged victorious 5–3 after a tightly fought contest filled with momentum shifts until the final whistle.
The tournament continues on Tuesday, November 11, with both the quarterfinal and semifinal stages taking place on the same day. The quarterfinals will feature Turbo FC (TRB) facing 3BS, and FWZ taking on Ultra Chmicha (ULC). The winners will advance to meet DR7 and SXB in the semifinals.
The previous rounds had set the stage for an intense competition featuring eight teams led by top influencers and content creators from across the Arab world, combining the thrill of football with digital engagement that connects fans directly to the action.
