What We Do:
Creating a financial framework based on government regulations and best practices
Working on fiscal planning, analysis, and performance measurement, and preparing annual and monthly reports for internal and external entities
Collecting and reviewing financial data from various departments, and ensuring it corresponds to allocated budgets and strategic goals
Presenting GEA’s annual fiscal results, reviewing financial statements prepared by the external auditor, monitoring performance indicators pertaining to GEA’s financial affairs, preparing the annual budget and provisions for its implementation and control based on GEA’s strategy, executing financial operations through “Etimad” platform.
