Riyadh Zoo, one of the 15 entertainment zones of Riyadh Season, organized a “Zoo Hero” event for children, during which they wore costumes of the animals they love, in an entertaining experience to get to know animals closely.
The event witnessed the spirit of competition among children for the title of the best 5 costumes, in the presence of their families and friends. The event was held on stage for kids, in addition to face painting and the distribution of some free foods.

Riyadh Zoo is one of the prominent zones of the season. It was formerly known as the Zoo, as it contains more than 1,300 animals from 190 species in 6 protected areas. It offers many experiences, most notably the bongo monkey house and interactions with animals.
Riyadh Season 2022 has 15 entertainment zones, some of which continue after the end of the season’s activities, such as Boulevard Riyadh City and Via Riyadh. The season also allows visitors to enjoy the cultures and customs of several countries from different continents, as well as a set of new experiences, like riding a submarine and traveling by cable cars.
