Keen to serve Riyadh Season visitors with the standards of its original home, the Wagyu Sando meal travels from the farms of Japan directly to the tables of the Al Murabba zone, to maintain its high standards, before serving it to lovers of Japanese-style meat.
To make the experience of visitors more special, the meal is supervised by its inventor chef Kentaro Nakahara, who has come from Japan with his restaurant Nakahara for the first time outside Japan.
Nakahara restaurant prepares for visitors the Wagyu Sando meal with grilled beef at temperatures that balance cooking the meat and preserving its nutritional and tasty elements. It also offers visitors the Tenderloin dish, which is prepared on charcoal, and pistachio ice cream, in addition to the famous rice water drink called sake in Japan.
The restaurant is distinguished by importing the finest types of meat from Japanese farms into the heart of the vibrant Al Murabba zone, which includes many international restaurants, supervised by chefs from around the world.
