Actress Mona Zaki said in a press conference about the play “El Wish El Tani” (The Other Face), held today, November 10, at Riyadh Season 2022 Media Center, that she is very happy to meet the Saudi audience in her first comeback, after a long break from the theater during the past years.
Mona Zaki indicated that it was her husband, Ahmed Helmy, who encouraged her to return to the theater, which witnessed her beginnings in the world of acting, pointing out that she is happy with the progress of the activities of Riyadh Season, thanks to the efforts of General Entertainment Authority and His Excellency Advisor Turki Alalshikh.
In the same context, actor Mohammed Tharwat, who is visiting Riyadh Season for the third time, said that he and his fellow actors are very excited about the activities of the season, stressing that the Saudi audience has great artistic taste and a beautiful and enjoyable presence in various artistic events.
In the conference, Tharwat indicated that “El Wish El Tani” is a comedy, and Mona Zaki plays a prominent role in the play. Actor Ahmed Rizk also said that he and his colleagues are presenting a distinguished musical show that befits the name and reputation of Mona Zaki after her return to her audience during Riyadh Season.
The play features a large number of stars, including Mona Zaki, Ahmed Rizk, Hamdi Al-Mirghani, Mohammed Tharwat, Rahma Ahmed, Mustafa Gharib, and Taher Abu Laila. The play is directed by Ashraf Zaki.
